About Polar Check In
Manage organizations with Polar Check In! Create events and check in to them!
Polar Check In allows your organization to manage user info and keep track of attendance at your own events.
Admins can create events that are worth a certain point value and the users of the organization can check in from a code that is given or a location specified via GPS. Those points will then be updated in real time and users can see who is all present at events.
Admins can add custom categories for points and user data, and even export all data to a spreadsheet all within the app!
Polar Check In comes with 10 users in an organization for free. After exceeding 10 users an admin may purchase a subscription to upgrade. (Currently iOS only, coming soon!)
What's new in the latest 2.0
- Redesigned the Roster page with search and a more efficient layout
- Replaced My Points with My Profile that will allow a quick view of all of your information and edit user info
- Added Groups to the app, this will allow public and private groups that users can make announcements and create events for a subset of users
- Added Tasks to the app, allowing events from three different categories: Duration, Admin Approval, and Check In
