Posto7 is a free application that arrives to democratize information about healthy eating and well-being. Launched in Brazil in January 2021, it has menus developed by nutritionists with easily accessible and low-cost foods. The food reeducation program is made available in a playful, fun and kind way for omnivores, vegetarians and vegans, with constant support from a nutritionist available seven days a week within the platform.
