Power of Attorney Maker

The Power of Attorney Maker App uses the automated power of attorney form (template) for drawing the Power of Attorney. This app allows to create the General or Limited power of attorney form designed under US law. The power of attorney form allows an individual (principal) to appoint an agent (attorney-in-fact) to make decisions and handle affairs on their behalf. An agent or attorney-in-fact can handle a wide range of matters, including financial, guardianship, or tax-related duties (depending on the powers granted). The Power of Attorney app changes the text of POA automatically with help of the automated template in which the needed options are chosen by user. The Power of Attorney template saves all entered data between work sessions.
