Power Pal

Power Pal provides an easy way of tracking the exercises you perform, allowing you to

compare each lift with your best lift, even if they are of different weight and repetition range,

this enables you to always see whether you are training as hard as you potentially could.

Power Pal also gives its users the ability to see their WILKS score (a cross gender

performance score, influenced by your body weight) for their best lifts, making it easier than

ever to compare strength, whether you’re of the same gender or weight.
