Information is a basic need of everyone. Even more fundamentally, the right to obtain information is one of the human rights. This is stated in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Article 28 F. The article states that everyone has the right to communicate and obtain information to develop their personal and social environment, as well as the right to seek, obtain, possess and store information with use any type of channel available.
