PPL11 Fantasy is engaged in offering Sports Games in India through the portal: http://PPL11.com and associated mobile applications (collectively “Platform”) where participating users create virtual teams composed of real-world athletes engaged in participating in a sport event and compete against teams drafted by other participating users in a game contest. Each user’s virtual team collect points based on the actual performance statistics of the athletes comprising such team with the winning team/s being the ones with the highest points tally at the end of the game contest, as per the contest winnings breakup.
