But without close home monitoring from your hospital care team, it is easy for blood pressure problems to go undetected. Using the Bluetooth-connected device you were provided from the Precision Recovery Mount Sinai program, you will be able to automatically share your blood pressure or oxygen and symptoms with your healthcare team at the Mount Sinai Health System to be sure you are on the road to recovery.
