While timely and pertinent feedback has long been established as the key to success, directly asking attending physicians to provide it can be daunting as a resident. Precision provides a streamlined and efficient way for residents to seek better feedback and attending physicians to provide it. Residents receive comments on actionable items to improve while they are on rotation, rather than two months later. Residents fill out a profile for each procedure, which is automatically sent to the attending physician for completion. Each profile consists of three simple questions and takes approximately 30 seconds to complete, making it easy to provide meaningful, actionable feedback without disrupting workflow.
