Preeclampsia is a complication in pregnancy which is characterized by high blood pressure (hypertension) and signs of organ damage, for example kidney damage that is indicated by high levels of protein in the urine (proteinuria).

Preeclampsia calculator is an application to calculate the risk of preeclampsia with the MAP, ROT and IMT calculation methods.

This application was created to reduce maternal or neonatal deaths caused by one of them preeclampsia.

This application can be used by health workers or lay people who have blood pressure measuring devices (blood pressure meters) and weight measurement tools (scales). Symptoms of preeclampsia usually appear at 20 weeks gestation, you can do screning with this tool starting at gestational age 16 weeks or more
