Prevemergencias UNAL

Prevemergencias-UNAL is a mobile application (app) designed by an interdisciplinary team made up of professors from the Faculty of Nursing of the National University (UNAL) of Colombia from the research groups Cardiorespiratory Health Care and Emergency and Critical Care, students of undergraduates, engineers, designers and professionals in the area of ​​risk and disaster management.

It is aimed at the community to prevent and act against emergency situations of socio-natural and technological origin (plant cover fires, mass removal movements, hazardous materials). It facilitates the consolidation of community networks willing to work on risk management.

In it you will find information related to knowledge, prevention, and acting in various risk situations such as fires, mass removal, hazardous materials, as well as information related to the types of fire extinguishers, their operation, as well as how to prepare a family emergency plan and prevention at home to avoid possible accidents and emergencies at home, with emergency numbers.
