Primary Diets Piglet

The Primary Diets Piglet App has been designed as a simple benchmarking tool to help farmers access performance target data and have the ability to plot graphs of your own average or batch performance in order to help build a better picture of performance on your farm.

When you open the App you can choose from a variety of tools such as the ability to plot your own weaning weight distribution, benchmark your own performance data, as well as estimate the average daily feed intake and feed conversion ratio for nursery pigs. Charts can be saved as PDF files and e-mailed to yourself for future record.

By comparing your nursery performance to data gathered as part of Primary Diets extensive trial programme on commercial UK farms it is possible to highlight areas for improvement. This informs where best to focus on optimising nursery performance, and ultimately lifetime profitability. You can choose to share this information with your Primary Diets representative in order for us to work together to drive performance, efficiency and ultimately profitability on your farm.
