In the ENT specialty several well known scales are commonly used as PROMs, with more being validated yearly. the PROMinENT App is the best and most comprehensive tool for clinicians to use in concert with their patients to collect PROM data in order to guide clinical practice.

When using this app patients are linked directly to only their surgeon and can take the surveys as often as they want. Data collected on the back end is displayed in graphical format so as to track outcomes over time so that both patients and their surgeon can assess trends. Data can also be easily downloaded in aggregate format for research purposes. All data is PHIPA/HIPPA compliant.
