[X] Task Scheduler added to PromoFlow application
[X] Added end-to-end filtering for group tasks - allows not to perform a subscription.
[X] In the task subscription / mechanism to collect an active audience. Now the audience is collected in the background.
[X] In the task, the subscription error was fixed immediately after blocking
[X] Fixed bugs in the Direct mailing.
