With the electronic patient file (ePA) you collect your health data in one place - super fast and very easy. You can provide doctors and therapists with all the important information in an uncomplicated way.

The important things first:

Your data is safe. The ePA encrypts all information, it is initially only visible to you. You decide what data goes into your file and with whom you share it. So you keep full control at all times.

The ePA offers you the following functions, among others:

Access only with secure identification to protect your data. Secure login with or without electronic health card (eGK). Upload, download and manage medical documents. Have digital documents for the vaccination card, children's examination booklet, dental bonus booklet saved by the practitioner. Apply for your performance report from us. Authorize practitioners and medical institutions to access the EHR. Set up access for people you want to represent you. Access medical records of other people you want to represent. Track activity in your ePA. Wizard for easy document upload. Connection to the national health portal. Change the PIN of your health card (eGK).
