PropScan

PropScan (PTY) Ltd was founder by JP van der Bergh in January 2016.

The concept idea behind the PropScan App was established by Devine Impartation in December 2015.

The basic idea behind it was to create a platform, simplistic in operation, whereby Estate agents and Property Brokers could advertise their properties to be viewed by any users of the application in real time.

Augmented Reality is a new concept in the property industry, whereby the user of the PropScan App can view advertised property in a preselected area by the simple action of pointing their smartphone in any given direction.

The whole action of searching for property in any given area has been taken a step further with this application, saving the users both time, energy and also data required to complete the search function.

In App, communication with the listing agents completes the whole process speedily.

It is our intention to grow the use of the PropScan App into all spheres of property industry, including and not limited to, residential property sales and rentals, Commercial property sales, rentals and auctions, land for sale and short term and holiday rentals.
