Punch List - Site Report

Walk the site, snap photos, tap done - then send a clean PDF report before you leave the driveway.

Punch List is built for contractors, site supervisors, home inspectors and remodelers who need punch lists, snag lists and site audit reports without a monthly bill.

WHY PUNCH LIST

- Multiple photos per item - document every defect properly

- Mark up photos: arrows, circles, text

- PDF reports that always work - preview before you send

- Share by email, text or any app (no built-in email to break)

- Filter by trade or assignee - send each sub only their items

- Check items off, track open vs done

- Works fully offline - everything stays on your device

- One-time purchase. No subscription. No ads. Ever.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Create a project

2. Add items with photos, notes and the trade responsible

3. Preview the PDF and share it straight from the report screen
