All drivers, as a very minimum, have undergone and passed The Q Despatch Duty of Care and The Q Despatch Environmentally Friendly Driving Training Modules. For some of our specialist contracts i.e. Special Needs, Vulnerable People etc this training goes into great depth and is followed up with regular assessments.
