Our goal is to indicate the optimal intensity of exercise with an unprecedented precision. To precisely demonstrate muscle fatigue during training or competition. In individual sports, this allows you to set the right pace or assess the remaining forces, and in team sports, it provides a tactical advantage – allowing (based on data) to assess the level of fatigue of players and make an informed decision under time pressure.

A very accurate and reliable analysis of muscle oxygenation and indicating the concentration of lactic acid using a non-invasive method and on an ongoing basis during exercise will allow you to indicate the intensity of training and the actual condition of your muscles.

The app is available on Android and Wear OS.

The smartwatch Wear OS app is standalone, and does not require to be connected to a smartphone device.

The app requires connecting to a Q-LAC device via bluetooth, to use the training features.

The app requires logging in to an account with an active licence, to start and complete trainings.
