Quick and safe check-in (registration)

Have you ever been waiting in line at the reception of a campsite or a hotel, because the staff had to manually overwrite personal information from an identity card, passport or other identity document?

QCheck is a mobile application designed for quick registration in hotels, tourist facilities, sports centers, etc.. In short, where the registration of a guest / member requires a "capture" of personal data. All guest / member key data is securely stored and encrypted on the mobile device. Data is encrypted with password only known to the user.

When visiting the QCheck unit just enter the QCheck unit code to mobile app and select which family members you want to register. After confirming which data will be shared, app generates unique secret code. We show or tell the code to the receptionist. After that, data is encrypted and sent via secure connection to the electronic device of the reception. At the reception side, data is decrypted with secret code and stored to the reception software. After a visual inspection of a personal document, passport or other official document, the registration procedure is finished.
