Each of officials and public servants will be given an account to use the app. QLCB.VN mobile application version provides the following functions:

- Statistics of personnel in units of the Interior, the managing: help staff organize statistical number of personnel in each unit in charge, Internal Affairs and affiliated units to compare numbers of personnel between units.

- Statistics officials, public servants and employees according to qualification and age:

- Statistics according qualification: Help staff statistics organization, analyze the structure of personnel under qualified to build recruitment policy, training, working arrangements accordingly.

- Statistics by age: Help staff statistics organizations, analysis of personnel structure by age, to advise and propose building the recruitment policy, training, work arrangements.
