C) How can it be used?

Go to www.qr-code-generator.com or any other website to convert your URL into a QR code on your Desktop Web Browser and Open 'QR Browser' app on your phone and access the blocked content using your personal Internet Connection on your Phone.

D) Why QR Browser?

It's an atomic QR code reader which directly prompts to open in Browser, you don't need to Copy the URL again and then paste it in your browser.

E) What does it need?
