Quail for Vendors

Two small changes in this update.

1) The list of items sold now shows the store, for vendors with booths in multiple stores.
2) Your login details are now saved unless you explicitly log out, making it less likely that you'll have to enter them in again. I'm afraid that in order to make this happen, Quail has to ask for some additional permissions in order to store things on your phone.
