Key Features:

- Home page shows the confirmed shifts for the week and also the icons for easy navigation through the app

- Keep track of the shift schedule, accept available shifts, view the shifts that are there today and upcoming this week

- Any required documents like policies or staff information can be uploaded for the care worker/staff to view

- Keep track of the care given for the patient from the REPORT section

- Request for medicines can be done through the App hence patient medicines can be replenished timely

- Patient information like the recent visits, risk assessment, medications, next of kin, contact person, allergies, interest and medical history of the patient are available in the App for the care worker to provide appropriate care

- To ensure safety of the patient and to ensure the caregiver arrives at the patient location at the right time, the time and geolocation of the staff is captured during START of work so that it is available to the company and the patient contact.

- Time stamp and location access also allows the staff payment to be processed effectively

- Daily tasks for each shift,notes on the care done and the overall rating for that shift can be provided by the staff/care worker so the care given during each shift can be accurately documented.

- An emergency alert can also be raised if required through the app to ensure swift responses in critical situations

- Effective notification reminders can be added to remind the care worker about medications for the patient

- Care worker can request for holidays using the holiday request option
