Quamus Presence offers convenience in recording attendance and various school administration needs. This application uses fast student card scanning to support student administration records.

QUICK RECORDING

Attendance is recorded by scanning student cards, making the process easier without requiring additional equipment. This application ensures more efficient attendance recording.

ATTENDANCE RECORDING

The application records students' arrival and departure times at school in real time. Every student card scan is automatically recorded as an attendance or return time.

ILLNESS AND PERMISSION RECORDING

The application also records data on students who are mildly ill at the UKS (School Health Unit) along with information about the disease. Apart from that, recording permission to leave school or dormitory can also be done by including data on sick time and permits in real time.

RECORDING OF BORROWING GOODS

The application supports recording the borrowing of school items, such as electronic equipment, sports equipment, and others. Data on borrowing and repayment times is also recorded in real time.

PARENT REPORTING

Information about students' arrival and return, as well as various other administrative recapitulations, can be reported directly via an application that is connected to parents.
