Radar Plotting

Radar Plotting brings professional marine radar-plotting tools to your mobile device. Designed for navigators, the app calculates CPA/TCPA and other kinematic data, suggests evasive and rescue manoeuvres, detects current, and visualises results on an interactive radar sheet.

Key features:

- CPA & TCPA calculation from 2–3 radar fixes or manual speed input (true & relative motion)

- Evasive manoeuvres: turn starboard/port and speed reduction with COLREG conformity guidance (R13/R14/R15)

- Double-target strategies: compute safe manoeuvres against two simultaneous contacts

- Rescue & escape planning: optimal interception and escape routes (including scenarios with faster pursuers)

- Current/drift detection from successive observations

- Interactive radar sheet with adjustable distance and speed scales, selectable TRUE/RELATIVE motion and animated playback
