The Register allows, installers, or maintenance personnel, fill simply a statement prepared checks that will allow the company owner of the plant to comply with statutory obligations. The register must be appended to the Declarations of Conformity and / or Responsiveness and all documents required by law evidencing compliance with the rule of art in accordance with the regulations in force (Ministerial Decree no. 37/2008 art. 7).
