Official application of the municipality of Raslavice
Raslavice is a village in Slovakia in the district of Bardejov in the Prešov region. The village was founded in 1971 by the merger of the two villages of Vyšné and Nižné Raslavice. The village has an advantageous geographical location, which in the past conditioned the creation of human settlements. Already in the second half of the 13th century, a Romanesque church was built here, which is still preserved today. In the past, the region was mainly used for agriculture. Industrial production began to develop in the village in the 1970s. Currently, the village lives mainly on tourism.
