Ratibo app is designed to offer contactless solutions to businesses and their customers while giving great consideration to customer experience and satisfaction. Customers can easily view what the business offers and give their reviews.

Currently, there are two running solutions.

1. Contactless Check-in

This solution enables guests in any business premises to register themselves with QR code scan. Instead of using a physical book or pen. It also reduces interaction time at the reception point. Customers can view services offered by the business and any current a future offers they may have. The customer can leave a review to help the business improve its services thereby increasing customer satisfaction and by extension customer loyalty.

2. Contactless Menu

This function is used in restaurants to display menu items. The customer scans the menu and all the menu items are instantly displayed on their phone. The customer can simply send their orders. This helps restaurants that are currently understaffed focus on serving customers rather than moving back and forth with orders and menus. It also reduces the risk of infections through touching of physical menus that are touched by everyone. Ratibo menus can handle discounts on menu items.
