This application provides the user with the means to exercise their rights by making them accessible at the most important to the consumer, that is, when the dispute arises.

Through this application the user can access all information on how to act in the time needed, rapidly and easily. Thus the consumer may face any incident with all necessary information timely and, where appropriate, file your claim, the most effective way possible, in developing the application sectors: Insurance, Social Networking, Telecommunications, energy, air transport, package holidays, Electronic Commerce, Warranties, Housing and Urban Leasing.
