This app is seeking to connect convicts with employers who are willing to hire them. Employers can write reviews on the work of the felon at their place of business. To rebuild their reputation in society.

Law enforcement related to the felon can join, maybe a mentor of the felon can join too and essentially creating a Life Team around the felon and helping them rejoin society with a hirer chance of succeeding in life.

Anyone can join as a Mentor. Even if you don't know anyone and you just want to be part of a felon's life team.
