- To consult your benefit you need to inform your NIS (Social Identification Number).

- In January 2023, the Bolsa Família program should replace the Auxílio Brasil program.

- To apply for the program, it is necessary that the family is registered in the Single Registry (CadUnico) for Social Programs of the Federal Government, with its data updated for less than 2 years. If you meet the income requirements and are not enrolled, look for the person responsible for the Bolsa Família Program in your city hall to enroll in the Single Registry (CadUnico).

- Since December 2020, Auxílio Brasil beneficiaries who do not have an account with CAIXA have started to receive the benefit in a Social Digital Savings account. The account can be accessed through CAIXA Tem to make purchases with the virtual debit card, pay bills, make transfers and withdrawals without a card at ATMs and lottery shops, in addition to being able to use the PIX. Download Caixa TEM to have these facilities.

- This application is independent from the Bolsa Família program, which is offered free of charge to all users. It has no connection with CEF or the Federal Government. The Bolsa Família and Auxílio Brasil brand is wholly owned by the Federal Government.
