We have always managed our rental properties, and over the years, we’ve learned the importance of tracking property information. Using spreadsheets can be a way to monitor one or two properties, but it’s not ideal when you’re managing tens or hundreds of properties. We decided to create an app with features that’ll save us time and money and, even more important, to provide our tenants with the best service possible. You’ll be able to track your properties, advertise vacancies, background checks, manage tenant applications, leases, maintenance requests, income, expenses, and financial reports. These are just some of the features available in our first release.
