In order to get true benefit, you must use web app as well as mobile app.

We support contactless Customer Mode as well where we put a tablet at the front of the store and lock the app in Customer Mode. When customers enter the store they fill info about what they need. Employee on the front desk would call them by their name or ticket number.

Also we support the following hardware:

- Thermal Printer EPSON TM-T88VI

- ZM91 Bluetooth Fingerprint Reader (SHBT180326) for Employee Attendance

- Square hardware such as Square Card Reader
