Requiro Payback

Requiro Payback is an enterprise mobile application for managing business expenses. The app uses artificial intelligence to automatically extract data from receipts, biometric authentication, push notifications, and a configurable multi-level approval system.

AI extraction from receipts: The app automatically reads the supplier, amount, currency, and date from receipt photos or PDFs, reducing manual entry. Processing expenses appear in a dedicated queue, with notifications upon completion.

Expense capture and management: Receipts can be photographed with the camera or uploaded as PDFs. Manual entry is also available for expenses without documents. Expenses are organized by category and subcategories, with custom fields (text, number, date, lists) that can be defined by company. Multi-currency support with automatic conversion and historical rates.

Mileage expenses: Mileage reimbursement with automatic distance calculation via Google Maps, configurable departure and arrival times, multi-stop routes, and configurable company rates.

Reports and workflows: Expense report creation, submission for approval, and multi-level workflows.
