Unfortunately we live in a country with widespread crime. That’s why Panic Alert has built a unique service known as Re-Trace, which gathers continuous information from your cell phone about where you have been for the last 24 hours. In the event that a member, or their dependent goes missing, and a South African Police Services case number is provided, Panic Alert will confidentially provide the family with the member’s movements over the last 24 hours.

To benefit from Re-Trace, members and their dependents must download the Re-Trace App and have it switched on at all times. The Re-Trace App also requires members and their dependents to request consent from each other to provide this location information.
