The Reya Orthopedic Post Surgery Monitoring App is a mobile-based solution to aid care continuity for patients recovering from Orthopedic surgery. Nurses and Physiotherapists perform guided clinical check-ins with patients to track recovery and complications in a structured manner. Doctors can review the added patient data and provide their inputs. It streamlines the care team’s workflow and maintains all relevant patient information in an easy-to-access record. It’s an intuitive, fast, and effective way to monitor a post-surgical unit.

This app is not open for general public use. It is only for hospitals that are a part of the Reya Home Monitoring pilot testing program and are in touch with the Reya Team.
