Each version has a Part I, which guide:

attribute the EWC code that identifies the individual types of waste with the connected classification of hazardous or non-hazardous;

hold them in compliance with the conditions of temporary storage;

arrange the direct recovery of disposal, making authorize or otherwise obtaining a license to do so, or

deliver for disposal or recovery authorized persons (having the required authorizations or registrations) through authorized transporters (enrolled in the Albo) or directly providing the transport, having previously obtained the required authorization (registration to);

observe (as recourse) the administrative obligations / related documents:

the sealing of the loading and unloading register,

upon issue of the identification form for the transport and

the preparation and submission of periodic communications.
