Version 4.6:
- Turn off notification is now default because some Phone issue with the notification show on android 4.2

Version 4.5:
- Fixed Android 2.2 and 2.3 force close
- Fixed white screen when loaded application

Version 4.4:
- Fixed Android 4.3 show notification force close

Version 4.3:
- Support Android marshmallow ( Android M )
- Fixed some devices does not show notifications
- Remove 2 permissions which is not necessary
