According To our cancellation and return policy

We have a no questions asked return policy. In case you are not satisfied with a product received by you can return it to the delivery personnel at time of delivery or you can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful.

We insist you check all the items at the point of delivery.

Goods once sold will not be taken back unless the product on arrival is damaged, expired, or faulty. Our supply crew checks the quality of all ordered products before they reach you. Products purchased on RLCR7 Supermarket can be returned as per below only if unopened and in resalable condition.
