How it works?

Every day, you’ll get a fresh quest with a short, snappy video. These vids are designed to get you thinking and feeling. Watch the video, then dive into some deep questions about yourself. It’s quick, it’s fun, and it’s all about you.

The perks

Each completed quest awards you several points. We’re planning some cool ways for you to use them in real life, but this is not a friends-with-benefits type of relationship. It’s your self-care BFF. So, for now, let’s do this just as a healthy mind & soul habit.
