Royal Petrol filling station loyalty program

The company is Royal Petrol LLP, which is the owner of gas filling networks operating under the Royal Petrol and Continent trademarks.

Program - a loyalty program for regular and new customers of the Royal Petrol filling station network and Continent mini markets, with the help of which the Company, at its discretion, encourages Members for purchases by accruing bonus points (Bonuses), providing special discounts and special offers prepared taking into account the interests of the Participants.

Rules - these rules of the loyalty program for members.

Participant - an adult or minor who has reached the age of 14, who, in accordance with applicable law, is granted the right to make small household transactions, registered in the Program in accordance with the Rules. A participant can only be an individual who has an individual identification number assigned in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Participant Questionnaire (Questionnaire) - information about an individual wishing to become a Program Participant, provided by the Participant when registering in the Program in the manner prescribed by the Rules. By filling out the Questionnaire, the Participant, acting of his own free will and in his own interests, expresses to the Company his full consent to the processing of his personal data (within the framework of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of May 21, 2013 "On personal data and their protection") contained in the Questionnaire. Methods for processing personal data: organizing and conducting advertising and information mailings through, including, but not limited to: e-mail, instant messengers, SMS services, telephone communications, postal communications, processing personal data using automation tools and electronic computers, in including by creating a database. This consent is valid until its written withdrawal by the Program Participant.

Virtual Card - an electronic Card generated in the Mobile Application and does not have a physical medium.

Site - the Company's website, located on the Internet at: https://www.royal-petrol.kz, which contains information about the Program.

Mobile application – Royal Petrol software designed to work on smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices, developed for the iOS and android platforms. The Company is the owner of the Mobile Application.

Bonus points (Bonuses) are conventional units that are accrued by the Company when the Participant purchases goods at the Royal Petrol filling station on the terms stipulated by the Program. 1 (one) Bonus point is equal to 1 (one) tenge in accordance with the terms of the Program. Bonuses can be used exclusively for the purchase of goods in the network of filling stations "Royal Petrol".

Bonus account of the Program Participant (Bonus account) – a set of registration and information data in the Program Database on the number of accrued/withdrawn Bonuses and the current balance of the Participant.
