This application is reserved for the exclusive use of Delegates at Work (DPO) and heads of mission of control offices, in the province of Kasai Central in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), project piloted by the PEQPESU. The user, created upstream by the platform administrator, belongs to a control mission recruited by the project as part of the monitoring and evaluation of infrastructure construction and rehabilitation projects (schools, health centers and administrative buildings, etc.).
