This application is reserved for the exclusive use of agents of the Technical Monitoring Committee of the PDL 145 T (CTSP) and to all institutions ensuring the inspection of the infrastructures implemented within the framework of the PDL 145 T independently of the work of the delegates or on-the-job inspectors (DPO/IPO) as a monitoring-evaluation stage of the Program, in the 25 provinces of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The user is created upstream by the platform administrator as part of a specific inspection mission in a specific Territory or Province and for a specific duration.
