-As a passengers pick-up location has automatically been populated (allows for a manual entry if pick-up point differs from passengers current location), all a passenger would need to do to request a ride is : 1.Enter desired destination - select full address from the pop-up options. 2. Select preferences from the options provided. (vehicle type / ride now or later) 3. If passengers are happy with the estimated ride charges then simply request/confirm the ride.

SAFETY & SECURITY RSA Cabby is committed to client safety and therefore we have taken all necessary steps to ensure we keep up to this standard by –

- Conducting full screening on all drivers and vehicles used to provide the RSA Cabby service so passengers as a rider can be rest assured that passengers are in good hands.

- Providing passengers with all relevant information about the driver (name/contact details/photo/ratings) and vehicle (make/model/color/registration) upon requesting a ride so passengers are not driving with a complete stranger after all.

- Designated driver – we have taken safety to the next level by offering clients the designated driver option so when you are just not up for the drive, request a designated driver from RSA Cabby and a team will be allocated to drive you and your vehicle to your desired location - safe and hassle free.

- Let loved ones know exactly where you are, who you are travelling with and your expected time of arrival with ride share – share your ride link and they are able to track your live location from start to end.

- With the Emergency contact option, passengers are able save their contact person's details to be speed dialed in the event of an emergency.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

- No cash on hand – no problem, clients can choose to pay via cash or card.

- Clients can opt to save multiple card details for future transactions or choose to enter their details for each ride.
