RTK PowerGPS II PRO

RTK PowerGPS II PRO is the latest, second series (2016-2017) of software enabling surveying using precision GNSS RTK receivers.

The software allows to completely replace the software designed for Windows Mobile, thus offering a better selection of the appropriate controller, which can become a regular phone or tablet.

By adding full cooperation with SkyRaster RaportyGPS PRO software (Windows PC), we get a complete and extensive solution for a modern surveyor / engineer.

To run the program, you need to grant permissions in the Android settings for this application.

This version is dedicated for use on the Polish market, i.e.

 - only Polish language version

 - supports geoids (height models) from all over Poland (Kronstadt 86, Amsterdam, EGM 2008)

 - supports Polish flat reference systems (PUWG2000, PUWG1992, 1965, UTM)

 - supports a list of codes (symbol ids) in Polish

 - requirements adapted to the ordinance of the Ministry of the Interior in the field of geodetic measurements using GPS receivers

Short characteristics:

1) GNSS MEASUREMENTS

 - support for picket measurements met. averaging (continuous measurement mode also available), lines, polygons

 - stakeout support (points, lines, polygons)

 - support for control at warp points (to the verification of measurements required by law)

2) SUPPORTED EQUIPMENT

  - professional, precise (external) RTK receivers (highest accuracy) - e.g. Kolida, South, Ruide, Horizon, Trimble, SpectraPrecision, ComNav, SunNav

  - amateur external Bluetooth navigation receivers (lowest accuracy)

  - GPS module built-in Android (lowest accuracy)

  - communication with rangefinders with Bluetooth option to support offset measurements (Leica Disto, Bosch)

  - communication with total stations (Nikon, Topcon) for transfer of stations from total station and to total station (transfer to total station requires Extra module)

2) CALCULATION FUNCTIONS (COGO)

 - calculators to obtain measures (e.g. azimuths, horizontal angles, surface areas)

 - tasks enabling the determination of points by offset methods (linear indentation, angular indentation, line intersection ... etc)

 - calculation functions related to XY horizontal calibration

3) EDITING FUNCTIONS

 - enables import and export of TXT, CSV pickets in a dialog box with large configuration options

 - enables import and export of geometry - applies to formats such as DXF, DGN, SHP, OSM, GML..itd

 - enables the import of TIFF + TFW or JPG + TFW raster sleepers

 - allows describing (also adding) pickets and drawing other objects - lines, polygons, spline and freehand curves

4) COMMUNICATION FUNCTIONS

 - the ability to send projects to the network drive server https://rtk24.net

 - ability to download network maps (WMS tiles) Geoportal

 - the ability to download network maps (TMS tiles) OpenStreetMap

 - the ability to download maps (vectors) from OpenStreetMap websites

Three additional paid modules are available:

1) the Extra module - including additional calculation and communication functions

2) Transformations module - covering additional functions related to horizontal calibration / fitting

3) Reports module - available free of charge to every owner of the Windows application RaportyGPS PRO

The trial version of the software allows free testing for a period of 14 days (limit of 15 measurement points per project and available network connection), after purchasing the perpetual license you get access to the commercial version without limits and the requirement for access to the network.

WARNING! GPS antennas built into telephones or tablets, and amateur external GPS DO NOT ENABLE THE PRECISION POSITION OF RTK FIXED (or RTK FLOAT)! For this you need to have a precise (usually expensive) receiver, in addition you must also have access (often paid) to the RTN network patch distribution service (or RTK patches from individual stations).
