4-7-8 breathing is based on an ancient yogic technique called pranayama, which helps practitioners to observe their breathing and stay in the MOMENT.

How to do it:

Before starting the breathing meditation, find a silent place where you can stay without interuption.

• choose comfortable position, relax

• enable or disable vibration feedback for breath changes

• breathe in quietly through the nose for 4 seconds

• hold the breath for a count of 7 seconds

• exhale through the mouth

• repeat as much as you like
