And in this time, the contributions of women who have been pioneers in their respective fields have been decisive. professional areas and yet they have remained invisible.

With the Women in Science and Technology project, which the General Directorate of Equality of the Gijón / Xixón City Council, together with Gijón Impulsa, we have launched, a route of the scientists that have been chosen by schools in our city, to make her work visible and at the same time get to know a unique space of it: The Margarita Salas Knowledge Mile.
