Rutina App enables you to handle more efficiently the routines and exercises that you create for your clients or that your trainers create for you. Whether you are a trainer or a client you can use extensively the app to have your routines at hand in a more organised and efficient way.

If you are a trainer, you can, on the one hand, see, create and edit the list of clients you have, along with the routines created for them and within each routine you can specify, in addition to the title and a brief description, the list of sets and exercises that make it up. Then you can invite your clients to use the app where they can see the updated routines instantly and add personal notes to it, or, if your client can't or doesn't want to use the app, you can also create routines and share them in PDF format.

You will also be able to view, create and edit the list of exercises that you have created to use in your routines. You can add a name, a description and a YouTube video to each exercise to help explain its execution. This will allow you to manage your exercise list much more efficiently, since creating them only once will allow you to reuse them in all your routines.

If you want to use the app as a client, you will be able to see the list of trainers you have along with the routines that they have created for you and within each routine you will not only be able to see the names of the exercises that make it up, but also a brief description and an explanatory YouTube video. In addition, in each routine you can add personal notes only visible to you. Ideal for recording weight, progress or any general comment.
