RYDDIM has been a showcase for spectacular visual content, bearing witness to the most notable moments in both St. Kitts and Nevis— the triumphs and the tragedies. RYDDIM explores how photography, video and other visual sources help to shape and define the community.

Launched in 2006, RYDDIM provides a visual window to gain news and information on entertainment, sports and social issues. RYDDIM celebrates photographers, videographers and writers who push the visual boundaries of content creation across a myriad of subjects, themes and locations.

RYDDIM offers users an engaging multimedia experience through trusted, authentic and agenda-free storytelling. Our regular features include the backstory from photo shoots, firsthand accounts from photographers in the field, profiles of extraordinary people, news on noteworthy exhibitions and books, and exclusive looks at work in progress.

And we’re continuing to add to our regular features, including Beauty of the Week (both male and females), Back In Time (pictures and videos of memorable events), The Best Pictures of the Week (every Friday), The Images That Moved Them Most, and, at the end of the year, 365: A Year in Photographs.

RYDDIM is a collaborative effort by all of our photo video staff, from our senior editors to our interns. We meet weekly to review pitches sent to us directly, as well as projects that we’ve discovered on our own. We encourage our audience to continue being an integral part of the ever-evolving conversation growing on RYDDIM — whether on the blog itself or through our Tumblr, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages.
