Check the Application Power Monitor settings in the "Settings/Device Maintenance/Battery" area.

Make sure that the Exam Task Tracking application is not put to sleep.

If you add the Exam Task Tracking application to the "Unmonitored Applications" in the same section, you can completely solve the problem of not receiving notifications.

If you have "Smart Manager" or similar battery optimizing applications on your phone, applications that you have not logged in within 3 days may be automatically blocked from sending notifications.

To avoid missing Exam Task Applications, you need to disable optimization for the Exam Task Tracker app.

The procedures for Smart Manager are as follows.

Open Smart Manager and click on the "Battery" tab.

Click the "Detail" button.

Click on the "Exam Task Tracking" application from the list that opens and check the "Disable" option.
